Kaitlin Thurlow is a painter from the New England area with a record of solo, juried and invitational exhibits in the US and abroad.
Kaitlin has given lectures, curated and organized thematic exhibitions and has extensive experience as an art educator in public and private settings. She holds a Post-Baccalaureate Teacher’s Certificate from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from the University of Massachusetts where she received the Chancellor’s Talent Award Scholarship and a Foundations Award.
- Recipient of the 2019 Ester Conant Award for outstanding and creative abstract work by an exhibiting artist at the Helen Bumpus Gallery in Duxbury, MA.
- David Park’s Boston: Tracing the Figurative Turn: Presented at the retrospective of Park’s work at the Kalamazoo Institute of the Arts in March 2020.
