About the artist

Kaitlin Thurlow is a painter from the New England area with a record of solo, juried and invitational exhibits in the US and abroad. She earned a Master of Arts in English at University of Massachusetts. Boston and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she received the Chancellor’s Talent Award Scholarship and Foundation Award.  Kaitlin has given lectures, curated and organized thematic exhibitions and has extensive experience as an art educator in public and private settings.  She holds a Post-Baccalaureate Teacher’s Certificate from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Recent news: Recipient of the 2019 Ester Conant Award for outstanding and creative abstract work by an exhibiting artist at the Helen Bumpus Gallery in Duxbury, MA.
